Job summary

Admiral Enforcement is hiring Enforcement Agents to patrol designated areas, identify vehicles without proper payment or permission, and enforce parking rules. You will conduct lot audits, record violations, and report incidents while maintaining professional interactions with customers and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license with 3+ years driving experience.
• No major violations (DUI, reckless driving, negligent homicide) in past 7 years.
• No more than two minor violations in past year.
• No license suspensions in last 3 years.
• Physical ability to bend and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Flexible availability including weekends and late evenings.

Responsibilities

• Patrol designated area on foot to identify violators and enforce rules.
• Issue citations in violation of parking requirements.
• Conduct lot audits and car counts at set times.
• Record and enter data for violations in the approved system.
• Report incidents or safety concerns to management immediately.
• Monitor equipment status and report malfunctions.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and coworkers.
