Job summary

La Bella Med Aesthetics in Austin, Texas is seeking a Part-Time Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our physician-led practice. The ideal candidate will have strong bedside manner and a sharp eye for facial balancing and natural results.

Qualifications

• Current Texas NP, PA or RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of aesthetic injection experience.
• Experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Passion for aesthetics and delivering excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including Botox®, Dysport®, and dermal fillers (Juvederm®, Restylane®, RHA®, etc.).
• Conduct patient consultations and create customized treatment plans.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, risks, and post-treatment care.
• Document treatments accurately and maintain compliance with medical standards.
• Maintain professionalism, cleanliness, and adherence to med spa protocols.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build patient loyalty.
• Participate in practice growth initiatives, promotions, and social media content when desired.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and promotional events as needed.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and staff to ensure outstanding patient outcomes.
