Job summary

La Bella Med Aesthetics in Austin, Texas is seeking a Part-Time Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our physician-led practice. The ideal candidate will have strong bedside manner and a sharp eye for facial balancing and natural results.

Responsibilities include injectable treatments, patient consultations, and education on procedures, risks, and aftercare. We offer competitive pay, discounts, and opportunities for advancement in a luxurious setting.

Qualifications

Current Texas NP, PA or RN license in good standing.
Minimum 1 year of aesthetic injection experience.
Experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Passion for aesthetics and delivering excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including Botox®, Dysport®, and dermal fillers (Juvederm®, Restylane®, RHA®, etc.).
Conduct patient consultations and create customized treatment plans.
Educate patients regarding procedures, risks, and post-treatment care.
Document treatments accurately and maintain compliance with medical standards.
Maintain professionalism, cleanliness, and adherence to med spa protocols.
Deliver exceptional customer service and build patient loyalty.
Participate in practice growth initiatives, promotions, and social media content when desired.
Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and promotional events as needed.
Collaborate with the Medical Director and staff to ensure outstanding patient outcomes.
