4greatskin in Sterling Heights, MI is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector (NP, PA, or RN) to join our medical spa. You will perform Botox®, dermal fillers, and other injectables, conduct patient consultations, and create customized treatment plans focused on natural results.

The ideal candidate holds an active NP/PA/RN license in Michigan, has 1–2+ years of aesthetic injecting experience, and excels in patient education, safety, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Active NP, PA, or RN license in the state.
• 1–2+ years aesthetic injecting experience preferred.
• Experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
• Strong facial anatomy knowledge and injection technique.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic injectable treatments (Botox®/Dysport®/Daxxify®/Xeomin® etc.).
• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients on options, outcomes, aftercare, and product recommendations.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Build long-term patient relationships through excellent service.
• Collaborate with medical director and clinical team to ensure safe care.
• Stay current on trends, products, and techniques.
• Assist in promoting services and skincare products.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and infection control.

Compensation: $65-$90 per hour + Commission/Performance Incentives (Depending on Experience)

Position Overview

The Aesthetic Injector will perform cosmetic injectable treatments, conduct comprehensive patient consultations, develop customized treatment plans, and provide an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate has strong clinical skills, an artistic eye, and a commitment to safety and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including Botox®, Dysport®, Daxxify®, Xeomin®, and dermal fillers.
• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, aftercare, and product recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation.
• Build long-term patient relationships through exceptional service and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with the medical director and clinical team to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Stay current on aesthetic trends, products, and advanced injection techniques.
• Assist with promoting practice services, memberships, and skincare products.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, clinical protocols, and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [State].
• Minimum of [1–2]+ years of aesthetic injecting experience preferred.
• Experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
• Strong facial anatomy knowledge and excellent injection technique.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with biostimulators (Sculptra®, Radiesse®), PRP/PRF, microneedling, laser treatments, or other aesthetic procedures.
• Existing patient following is a plus.
• Strong consultation, treatment planning, and sales abilities.
• Passion for continuing education and staying current with industry advancements.
