Siemens Gamesa in Orlando seeks a Customer Order Management professional to bridge regional customers and global departments, coordinating delivery dates, shipment tracking, and proofs of deliveries to ensure orders meet promised dates.

You will use system reports like Open Order, Completed Order, TD Playbook, Jira, and MD04 to manage order lines, expedite as needed and support customer service and quality issues, with emphasis on reducing order aging.

Formación

• Bachelor degree with 3-5 years of Supply Chain experience preferred; high school diploma with 8+ years also acceptable.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Good organization and system skills; experience with SAP S&D or EWM and Office tools.
• Understanding of Supply Chain and PO contract language; energy sector background helpful.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain and provide delivery dates, track shipments and proofs of delivery.
• Initiate expediting and support supply solutions when needed.
• Manage order processing accuracy and delivery scheduling.
• Support customer service and quality issue resolution; monitor backlog to reduce aging.
• Use reports (Open/Completed Order, Incompletion Log, MD04, TD Playbook) and tools (Jira, MD Ticket System) for order-line management.
