Qualifications

• 1-3 years of accounting experience with fund accounting preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• CPA or progress toward designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of annual and quarterly financial statements.
• Monitor and respond to investor requests on active fundraising.
• Prepare capital call and distribution notices.
