Qualifications

• Required experience in sales or investor relations.
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate and self-storage sectors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investor meetings (20+ weekly), scheduled by marketing.
• Respond to all communications and new leads within 24 hours.
• Proactively manage investor outreach, education, and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and meeting documentation.
