Accenture in the United States seeks a Technology Strategy Manager/Senior Manager in the Resources Industry (Utilities or Energy) to advise client leadership at the intersection of technology and business. You will lead teams, shape strategic direction, and deliver value through operating models and AI-enabled transformations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of strategy consulting experience at a consulting firm.
• 5+ years in operating model strategy, M&A, tech value take-out, or tech-driven revenue growth.
• Minimum 5 years of experience writing business cases.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to the C-suite defining strategy at the intersection of technology and business.
• Articulate a compelling technology vision with industry and functional expertise.
• Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities based on analysis of current technology footprint.
• Drive strategic opportunities incorporating innovative tech solutions into transformations.
• Develop operating models and business cases leveraging disruptive technologies.
• Lead the creation of thought leadership assets with market-relevant tech insights.
• Pressure-test assumptions made by leadership, including AI-generated insights.
• Validate AI-assisted analysis with logic and domain knowledge.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, modeling, and scenario analysis.
• Use critical judgement to know when AI outputs are directionally useful vs unreliable.
• Lead team, project, and program as well as deliverables while supervising and mentoring full teams.
• Build relationships with senior clients and develop C-suite partnerships.
• Drive thought leadership, asset development, and intellectual capital efforts.
• Support Business Development, shaping proposals and SOWs.
• Facilitate to drive results and gain consensus for action; manage difficult client conversations.
• Travel as needed.
