Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Technology Strategy Manager / Senior Manager to guide resources-industry technology initiatives, shape operating models, and drive business transformations. You will partner with C-suite leaders, craft compelling technology visions, and lead teams across complex client engagements.

The role emphasizes identifying value opportunities, leading analytics, and leveraging AI for research and scenario analysis while ensuring rigorous, logic-based validation of insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of strategy consulting experience at a consulting firm.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in at least one: operating model strategy, M&A, tech value and cost take-out, or technology driven revenue growth strategy.
• Minimum 5 years of experience writing business cases.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading or managing small teams effectively including planning/structuring analytical work, facilitating team workshops, and developing technology strategy recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead team, project, and program as well as corresponding deliverables while supervising and mentoring full teams.
• Build strong relationships with senior clients including beginning to develop C-suite relationships; act as a trusted advisor.
• Drive thought leadership, asset development, and intellectual capital efforts with targeted input from more senior resources; identify and advance ideas for new opportunities.
• Support Business Development, including understanding how to architect and position proposals and SOWs.
• Facilitate to drive results and gain consensus for action; address difficult client conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Travel as needed.
