Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Technology Strategy Manager/Senior Manager for the Resources industry (Utilities or Energy) in Austin, TX. You will advise C-suite executives on technology-driven strategies, shape technology's role in business, and drive value through innovative operating models and AI-enabled research and scenario analysis.

You will lead teams, develop client relationships, contribute to thought leadership, and support business development.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of strategy consulting experience at a consulting firm.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in operating model strategy, M&A, tech value or technology driven revenue growth strategy.
Minimum 5 years of experience writing business cases.
Minimum 2 years leading or managing small teams including planning/structuring analytical work.
Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

Lead team, project, and program as well as deliverables while supervising and mentoring full teams.
Build relationships with senior clients including developing C-suite relationships and acting as trusted advisor.
Drive thought leadership, asset development, and intellectual capital efforts with input from senior resources.
Support Business Development, understanding how to architect and position proposals and SOWs.
Facilitate to drive results and gain consensus for action; manage difficult client conversations with senior stakeholders.
Travel as needed.
