Job summary

AIG invites students to join its Summer Intern program in the Underwriting - Energy department, offering hands-on experience in traditional and renewable energy insurance across global markets. You will work with underwriters, risk engineers, and claims professionals on dynamic projects during a 9-week program, with mentors and masterclasses.

Eligible students must be near graduation by June 2028, and in-person work is required at least four days a week in NYC area.

Responsibilities

• Support evaluation and underwriting of risks across energy sectors, including traditional and renewable energy.

• Collaborate with underwriters, risk engineers, claims professionals, and brokers to craft tailored insurance solutions.
