Responsibilities

• Lead the regional energy underwriting team and align with Starr's guidelines and strategies.
• Manage underwriting of complex energy risks across upstream, midstream, downstream, and renewables.
• Develop and execute plans to achieve growth and profitability targets for the region.
• Review and authorize submissions above underwriter authority.
• Mentor and develop underwriting staff and provide training.
