Job summary

Realize 2050 is seeking an Analyst/Associate to support research, operations, and client engagements across clean energy, utilities, and climate tech. This contract role offers exposure to a fast-paced consultancy and venture studio environment, with opportunities to transition to full-time based on performance.

The role requires 1+ year of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a consulting, finance, or startup role (internships included)
• Completed Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Strong interest and initial knowledge build up in clean energy, climate technology, and/or the utility sector
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to conduct in-depth research and synthesize complex topics clearly
• Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and handle multiple tasks
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Comfortable navigating and adopting a range of AI-powered platforms
• Comfortable engaging clients and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Research and analysis: conduct qualitative and quantitative research on emerging energy technologies; synthesize insights into memos and slide decks
• Operations support: maintain internal databases and trackers; support logistics and coordination across projects
• Marketing and content: assist with external events; develop supporting materials; support newsletters and blog posts
• Client engagement: develop outward facing client-ready presentations and reports
