Crux Climate Inc. in the United States is seeking an Assistant General Counsel, Transactions to lead day-to-day transactional legal work across Crux’s investment and financing activity in a remote-first environment.

You will manage tax equity, debt financings, and corporate matters, coordinating with Investments, Debt Advisory, and Portfolio Management while supervising outside counsel and building playbooks and AI workflows for diligence and closing.

Formación

• 3–6 years of transactional experience in energy or infrastructure finance.
• Hands-on experience with tax equity, transferable tax credits, and debt financings.
• In-house or developer/investor experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross‑functional teams.
• JD and admission in good standing to a U.S. bar (NY or DC preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the legal workstream on tax equity, preferred equity, and debt financings through closing.
• Support corporate financings, strategic transactions and joint ventures.
• Manage outside counsel and develop standardized playbooks and AI tooling for diligence and closing.
• Translate legal issues into commercial terms for investment committee materials.
• Partner with Investments, Coverage, Debt Advisory and Portfolio Management teams.
