Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements related to development, procurement, operations, supply arrangements, and strategic initiatives
• Support transactions involving acquisitions, divestitures, financing arrangements, development projects, and other complex business transactions
• Advise clients on industry-specific commercial and regulatory considerations impacting transactional matters
• Assist with contract strategy, risk allocation, due diligence, and deal execution
• Work closely with attorneys across multiple disciplines on infrastructure, technology, environmental, regulatory, and commercial matters
• Manage client relationships and provide practical, business-focused legal advice
• Coordinate multiple active matters while maintaining attention to detail and responsiveness
