Qualifications

• Member in Good Standing of State Bar.
• Juris Doctorate required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• High School Grad or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide written and oral legal advice to clients.
• Anticipate and guard against legal risks for the organization.
• Work to ensure budget compliance and minimize outside counsel usage.
• Ensure disclosure of material legal issues to senior leadership.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
