Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, offers a full‑time opportunity for a junior lawyer with 0‑2 years of experience in our Energy and Natural Resources practice group in Houston. The Associate will work closely with the team on a variety of complex domestic and international energy transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, project development, project finance, project contracts, and related transactional matters across conventional, renewable, and transitional energy sectors.
GT’s Energy and Natural Resources Practice brings together attorneys from across the firm and globally to advise energy clients on business matters. Attorneys have broad transactional, project development, regulatory, and litigation experience across sectors such as oil and gas, LNG, electricity, minerals, wind, solar, and other renewable energy sources. The multi‑office platform with key energy‑center offices enables us to serve clients across the U.S. and international markets.
