Job summary

The AES Corporation in the United States is launching a two-year rotational leadership trainee program designed to accelerate careers in energy. You will rotate every six months across Finance, Internal Communications, Digital and Innovation Engineering, gaining broad exposure.

Based in Arlington, VA or Louisville, CO, the program features local and global training, mentorship from senior leaders, and opportunities to join cross-functional projects across the Americas, Europe and Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree must be completed between May 2024 and December 2026.
• Advanced/fluent English essential.

Responsibilities

• 2-year program with rotations every six months in different areas.
• Lead high impact projects and transform the future of energy.
