The AES Corporation invites ambitious graduates to join a two-year rotational program with six-month rotations across Finance, Internal Communications, Digital, and Innovation Engineering. You will gain hands-on project experience while interacting with senior leaders in a global energy company.

Based in Arlington, VA and Louisville, CO, the program includes local and global training, mentoring, and opportunities to participate in cross-functional projects across the Americas, Europe and Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree graduation between May 2024 and December 2026 (including).
• Advanced/fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 2-year program with rotations every six months in different areas.
• Lead high-impact projects and transform the future of energy.
• Engage in local and global training, developing technical skills and behavioral competencies.
• Gain global exposure to senior leaders across AES.
• Join internal mentoring to support professional development.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia.
