Cherry Bekaert Advisory LLC is seeking a Senior Manager for the Tax Credits and Incentives Advisory (TCIA) Practice. You will lead a team of seasoned professionals crafting tax equity investment strategies and structuring clean energy credit transactions, including Inflation Reduction Act credits.

Expect growth of the practice and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You bring 7+ years in tax planning, a CPA or related certification, and hands-on financial modeling expertise to maximize

Qualifikationen

7+ years of experience providing tax planning services or reviewing client work papers
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
Knowledge of HLBV Accounting Concepts
CPA, enrolled agent, or related certification in process or achieved
Financial modeling expertise
Travel up to 10%

Aufgaben

Lead and grow a small team within the TCIA practice
Provide tax equity investment consulting for clients
Structure and monetize energy tax credit transactions
Work with deal teams on modeling and substantiation
Support business development and client relationships
