Cherry Bekaert’s Tax Credits and Incentives Advisory (TCIA) team is expanding, seeking an staff to serve clients on federal credits and incentives engagements and to develop technical skills.

You will interview personnel, manage data sources, support engagement teams, and lead the final client deliverables, working with both tax and technical backgrounds. The role requires a Master’s or 150-hour degree, interest in incentives, and willingness to travel.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in accounting or related field (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree with 150 hours acceptable.
• GPA 3.0/4.0 or above preferred.
• Interest in R&D tax incentives and related credits.
• Experience with depreciation and capitalization; asset review; cost segregation.

Responsabilidades

• Serve clients on federal credits and incentives engagements including R&D tax credit/deduction analyses, employee retention credits, and other federal credit incentive service offerings.
• Develop technical skills in industry/service offering to solve complex issues.
• Interview technical personnel and review memoranda to support credits and incentive opportunities.
• Manage review and organization of sources of client data for credit and incentives analysis.
• Support engagement teams by identifying current project status and next steps for the engagement.
• Lead the final client deliverables with both tax and technical backgrounds.
• Support evaluation of complex scenarios involving various credits and incentives opportunities.
