Job summary

Jacobs, a global engineering and consulting firm, seeks a Project Manager for Customer Owned Energy Systems. You will lead multidisciplinary teams through planning and design to execution, coordinating with executive clients and delivering high‑quality solutions.

The role emphasizes resilience, sustainability, and decarbonization, with opportunities to apply digital capabilities and collaborate with Global Integrated Delivery teams to create lasting value for clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Project Engineer/PM delivering Customer Owned Energy Systems or similar.
Experience managing engineering and design project execution including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication with executive stakeholders.
Strong financial and commercial acumen with forecasting and cost control.
Experience in Engineering, Consulting, Design-Build, EPC, or Construction organizations.
Knowledge of project risk management and project controls.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary engineering and design teams to deliver complex projects.
Develop and implement project delivery strategies and address challenges.
Serve as primary client contact and manage relationships with executives.
Monitor financial performance through forecast, cost control, EAC, and EVM.
Leverage global delivery teams and digital capabilities for value.
