Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Project Manager to lead Customer Owned Energy Systems projects from planning through execution. You will guide multidisciplinary engineering and design teams, partner with senior clients, and apply innovative delivery strategies to create lasting value.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality, forecast costs, and report performance using EVM and related tools, leveraging Jacobs’ global delivery capabilities to drive sustainable energy solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience as Project Engineer/PM delivering Customer Owned Energy Systems or similar.
• Experience managing engineering and design project execution (scope, schedule, budget).
• Strong communication with executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience in project forecasting, cost control, and performance reporting.
• Experience in Engineering/Consulting/Design‑Build/EPC/Construction organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex Customer Owned Energy Systems projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and resource planning.
• Develop and implement project delivery strategies.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain executive-level relationships.
• Oversee forecasting, EAC reporting, and Earned Value Management.
