Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close, ensure accurate reporting, and manage governance and controls.
• Provide financial leadership for strategic initiatives and advise Energy Systems leaders on capital investments and go-to-market decisions.
• Own segment consolidation and reporting for actuals, forecasts, AOP, and risk/opportunity analysis.
• Drive budgeting/forecasting processes for full P&L and key balance sheet accounts.
• Drive automation and standardization of reporting and close workflows using ERP/BI tools.
