National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC) is seeking an Intern in Customer Care & Billing Support (Energy) to join our Lake Saint Louis, MO team. This entry-level internship focuses on delivering responsive help to energy cooperative customers and supporting billing processes.

You will collaborate with Support Team Leads and engineers, document issues clearly, and use AI tools to improve problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be in school pursuing an Associate or Bachelor's degree in a computer/business field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Ability to document issues clearly and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provides superior customer support to internal and external customers in all encounters
• Create and route support cases
• Assist with maintaining and organizing electronic documents
• Assist with upgrade requests
• Assist with iVUE Connect Marketing new form updates
• Assist with building cases for funding issues
• Assist with maintenance of Provisioning audit exceptions
• Leverage AI tools to assist with problem-solving within the role
• Utilizes all support tools as directed
