Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, business, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in engineering, project management, procurement and strategic sourcing.
Experience building and managing teams of technical professionals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a capable procurement team for BESS procurement.
Develop supply chain strategies for BESS equipment.
Perform early technical due diligence on BESS products with engineering support.
Manage supplier relationships and qualification reviews.
Monitor market dynamics and report insights to inform procurement.
Support contract negotiations with suppliers.
Coordinate with tax, legal, and regulatory teams on compliance and import issues.
Communicate supply chain risks and opportunities to leadership.
