Qualifications

• 6+ years in energy procurement or supply chain roles.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills with understanding of procurement law.
• Experience building and managing teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and facilities.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations for energy storage, solar and wind power generation equipment supply contracts.
• Serve as the key interface between internal stakeholders (Development, Engineering, Finance, etc.).
• Support procurement in new markets in line with compliance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve escalated supplier disputes or complex contract issues while maintaining relationships.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to analyze procurement options.
• Analyze market trends and government/regulatory/policy conditions and assess impacts.
• Adapt quickly to changing market conditions and respond to changes in the build program.
