Job summary
AESC US LLC in Smyrna, TN, is seeking an Energy Storage Solutions Engineer to design and optimize energy storage system solutions for North American customers. You will translate customer needs into technical requirements and collaborate with product teams to deliver integrated energy storage solutions.
This role requires a strong technical background in electrochemistry, electrical engineering, or related fields, excellent communication, and the ability to manage cross-functional activities
Qualifications
- Experience in energy storage system solutions for NA market
- Bachelor's degree or higher; strong English communication skills
- Background in electrochemistry, mechanical, electrical engineering, etc.
- Knowledge of energy storage products; R&D background preferred
- Strong resource integration and cross-disciplinary thinking; able to handle pressure and opportunities
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze technical requirements for energy storage projects
- Responsible for technical communication and product promotion of energy storage
- Decompose customer needs and perform product development and change management
- Identify risks and develop system solutions during product development
