Job summary

Canadian Solar, CS e-STORAGE Germany, seeks a Project Coordinator to support development and implementation of energy storage projects in a hybrid Germany-based role. You will help establish project management and procurement processes, track submittals, and coordinate communications between client and project teams.

The role requires a technical degree, at least two years of experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline from a university or college.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (including oral, written, and visual).
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and project scheduling tools (MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Assist the procurement and project management teams with coordination of project related activities.
• Assist the project manager in developing project plans and associated communications documents.
• Proactively assist with schedule development and milestone tracking.
• Assist the procurement manager with the management of vendor commitments and relationships.
• Effectively develop and communicate project status updates in a clear and concise manner.
• Manage communication flow for contract submittals, project reporting, invoicing, vendor submittals and other documentation between customer, project team, and suppliers.
• Liaise with internal and external project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Support subcontractor operations daily through coordination and scheduling.
• Identify critical path required to achieve a task and manage until completion.
