Job summary

Elevate is seeking a Performance Engineering Analyst to advance the operational and financial performance of our BESS and BESS + Solar portfolio. You will transform SCADA, telemetry, and asset data into actionable insights, and partner across Asset Management, Engineering, and O&M to improve availability, production, and revenue.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, data analytics, or related field with 1–3 years of experience.
Experience analyzing time-series or operational data and identifying data gaps.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Python or SQL.
Knowledge of solar PV or BESS operations and core performance concepts.

Responsibilities

Monitor portfolio performance using SCADA, DAS, BMS, EMS, and analytics platforms.
Analyze KPIs: availability, performance ratio, capacity factor, degradation, and ROI.
Investigate underperformance and quantify energy loss and revenue exposure.
Prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports and support continuous improvement.
