Job summary

ON.energy is hiring a Software & Controls Engineer to design, develop, test, and commission control software for energy storage and power infrastructure. You will bridge software engineering, control systems, and field deployment while collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and clients to deliver high‑performance control and SCADA solutions that meet safety and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls, Software Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, model, and implement control algorithms for energy storage systems and power infrastructure.
• Develop PLC, HMI, and embedded/control software for energy storage and distributed energy systems.
• Configure, integrate, and maintain SCADA systems for BESS and power infrastructure projects.
• Write clean, tested code and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
