Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 2-5 years of accounting experience in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Experience with account reconciliations, journal entries, and GL accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables and Lookup functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post monthly journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for accuracy.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Perform bank, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Analyze financial results and investigate variances against budgets.
• Prepare schedules and workpapers for financial reporting and audits.
• Assist with fixed asset accounting, depreciation, and asset tracking.
• Support revenue, lease, JIB, and production accounting as applicable.
• Assist in regulatory, tax, and compliance reporting requirements.
