Job summary

Aggreko invites ambitious graduates to join the Next Generation Technician Program in the US. Starting as a Tech 1 in either shop or field tracks, with an accelerated entry path for newer graduates.

You'll work at regional service centers, gain hands-on experience with Power Generation, HVAC, BESS, and Oil-Free Air, and advance through mentorship and paid training. A company vehicle is provided and relocation is welcome.

Qualifications

• Enrolled student or recent graduate from a trade school, technical college, or university.
• Official transcripts required with application.
• Targeted majors listed in the HTML.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain TWIC card or DOT medical card as needed.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Begin as Tech 1 in Shop or Travel tracks.
• Choose between Shop Technician or Travel/Field Technician paths.
• Learn from senior technicians while deploying and testing equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Opportunity to work overtime and travel regionally.
