Job summary

Prologis is offering an Energy Solutions Project Execution Intern position in San Francisco, CA, for 10–12 weeks. You will support the Energy Execution team with data entry, analysis, and process improvements across renewable energy projects.

The role emphasizes learning, collaboration, and exposure to project management tools, AI-assisted estimating, and safe harbor/tax policy considerations. Undergraduate or graduate students are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising sophomore, junior, or senior, or currently enrolled in a graduate program.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to professionalism and integrity.
• Ability to collaborate as part of a team and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Enter, organize, and analyze execution data to support project tracking and team decision-making.
• Review project and estimating data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve execution processes.
• Explore practical uses of AI tools to improve estimating approaches, project reporting, schedule management, and support more effective project planning.
• Support administration and refinement of safe harbor strategies, adapting our business to changes in tax policy and other market fluctuations.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts and special projects that support the broader Energy Execution team.
• Coordinate assigned project work, document findings, and communicate progress and recommendations to team members.
