Job summary

Prologis is offering an Energy Finance Internship in San Francisco, CA. The program lasts 10–12 weeks and welcomes undergraduate and graduate students from diverse backgrounds.

Interns will work on projects impacting Prologis' financial performance and gain exposure to leadership through seminars and Q&A sessions. As part of the Energy Solutions team, you will support process improvements, analyze project economics, and visualize data to aid decisions.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a rising junior/senior or graduate student.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and professionalism.
• Ability to collaborate in a team and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support Energy Finance process improvement and track economics across energy projects.
• Compare project economics with underwriting models, actual performance and revised projections; document variances.
• Track KPIs related to real estate impact and operational performance.
• Organize project economics and performance data for consistent tracking and comparison.
• Create clear visualizations of project economics and performance indicators.
• Share findings with the Energy Finance team to support ongoing monitoring and improvements.
