Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management or related roles within energy/building automation with ESPC/EPC delivery models.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Deep understanding of program management principles, risk management and issue resolution.
• Experience managing programs with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee execution of complex energy customer programs within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure alignment of energy programs with strategic business objectives and customer requirements.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and issues to maintain program health and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure program success and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and guidance to program teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Monitor and report program performance metrics to senior management.
