Job summary

CMTA, a Legence Company, seeks Mechanical Engineering co-ops in Prospect, KY for hands-on exposure to guaranteed energy savings projects. You will assist in development, perform energy calculations, and help produce construction drawings with CAD.

Qualifications

• Undergrad engineering degree from ABET-accredited university.
• CAD experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of the project development phase, including site visits and building audits.
• Perform energy calculations and generate energy models to evaluate savings.
• Produce detailed construction documents using CAD.
• Compile organized project drawings and documents for review.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers across project stages.
