Universal Energy Solutions in Beltsville, MD is hiring full‑time Account Managers to serve local businesses. You’ll review electricity and gas plans, present supplier options, and grow a portfolio through renewals and new business, building recurring income from client relationships.

You’ll work with local business owners, travel within roughly a 30‑mile radius, and participate in paid training with coaching and leadership opportunities as the company expands nationwide.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of related sales experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable meeting with business owners face-to-face.

Responsibilities

Build lasting relationships with existing commercial customers.
Support customers through future renewals and ongoing energy needs.
Prospect for new clients by meeting local business owners and decision-makers.
Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
Help businesses identify opportunities to reduce energy costs.
Recommend energy supplier options based on customer needs.
Develop new business opportunities between customer appointments.
Build and grow your own portfolio of commercial accounts.
Travel within an assigned territory (around 30 miles).
