How You’ll Contribute
  • Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of mechanical equipment to ensure efficient operation of plant equipment.
  • Stay ahead of issues through proactive equipment assessments to determine the condition of equipment and implement vital repairs or upgrades.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and complete maintenance schedules and strategies.
  • Meticulously document maintenance actions while strictly adhering to regulatory and industry safety standards.
  • Act as the go-to emergency expert, providing support in troubleshooting to minimize downtime and guarantee reliable service delivery.
How You’re Qualified
  • Four or more years of experience in maintenance and/or repair of mechanical equipment or other relevant experience.
  • A degree(s) in mechanical or industrial maintenance, instrumentation, controls or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
  • Driver's license
How You’ll Stand Out
  • Strong adherence to safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Certification in NCCER Power Generation Maintenance Mechanic, Level 4 or a related field.
  • Proficient in applying maintenance assessments in an energy services environment.
  • Proficient in collaborating within a team environment with effective communication.
