LCRA in Austin, Texas, is looking for a motivated engineer specialized in power plant electrical engineering to join our generation department. You will develop engineering designs, manage projects, and conduct field analyses across various generation technologies.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, a Professional Engineer license in Texas, and has at least 8 years of experience within a power plant environment. A driving license is also required.

With this position you would have the opportunity to work with a diversity of generation technology which include combined cycle, reciprocating engines, aeroderivative, coal and gas Rankine cycle plants, and hydro plants.
