Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field required.
• 2+ years of customer-facing sales support, account management, or technical sales experience preferred.
• Experience in energy, utilities, or commercial real estate a plus; valid state driver’s license required.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems; strong data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary day-to-day contact for existing customers on service, billing, and usage questions.
• Prepare and deliver usage reports and renewal materials; support contract renewals.
• Develop customer retention programs and coordinate with operations for issue resolution.
• Provide sales support including proposals, presentations, and customer-facing communications.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records in the CRM system.
