AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Assistant Energy to join our Oak Ridge, TN team. The role focuses on safeguarding personnel and information by complying with DOE orders, onboarding security, and maintaining the personnel security database.

You will coordinate pre-badging, HRP tasks, reporting, and ISMS guidance, while supporting ongoing compliance and security awareness across the organization. A high school diploma is required; an associate degree in security is preferred, with experience in

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Associates degree in security-related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Personnel Security preferred.
• Minimum 1‑year nuclear program experience preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, verbal and written skills; excellent organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update the personnel security database and related documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding security paperwork and pre‑badging processes.
• Support HRP duties and coordinate certification and random drug testing.
• Pull reports and compile weekly personnel security action reports.
• Assist with ISMS principles and security culture initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Personnel Security Manager.
