Job summary

Dominion Energy seeks a security analyst-in-training to identify and assess suspicious activity and security incidents across facilities and assets. You will analyze energy-related data, document findings, and support threat briefings for internal teams and external partners.

You will assist with open-source research, monitor threats to energy infrastructure, and communicate results to regulators, law enforcement, and other stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of security issues and critical infrastructure protection within an energy company.
• Experience with analytic techniques and research methodology.
• Understanding security concepts and technologies.
• Ability to brief internal and external stakeholders orally and in writing.
• Ability to monitor and report on security incidents and threats.
• Ability to conduct threat analyses and assess risks.

Responsibilities

• Perform structured analysis of energy-related event data to identify threats.
• Document research and analysis in written reports.
• Assist with open-source research and threat assessment.
• Share threat alerts with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support briefings and communications with government and regulatory bodies.
