Power Home Remodeling Group is hiring a full-time Sales Representative in Tennessee. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and tools to develop professionally, earn uncapped commissions, and make an impact from day one.

You’ll meet homeowners, present energy-efficient solutions, and learn POWER’s proven sales process. A $3,900 sign-on bonus is available and advancement is supported through weekly trainings and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence speaking with new people and presenting information.
• A self-motivated mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience delivering presentations or working toward performance-based goals is a plus.
