Job summary

Qualifications

• Prefer experience in sales, customer service, office administration, production or warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist management and staff, vendors, suppliers, customers, sales team and other business partners with inquiries regarding daily operations.
• Answer primary business phone and email account; provide information on order status, product availability, services and initiatives.
• Maintain web pages for location and assist customers with online portal.
• Receive and process sales inquiries; schedule site visit appointments for customers.
• Generate and distribute invoices; support new account setup and payment processes.
• Maintain databases and master files; ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
