Job summary

GROWMARK, Inc. seeks a results-driven energy marketing and retail operations leader to oversee annual programs that expand profitable sales across assigned members. You will guide planning, training, and targeted sales calls in line with corporate guidelines.

Responsibilities include market analysis for energy products, developing marketing strategies, and representing the Energy Division at industry events. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of retail management experience required.
• Business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
• Understanding of energy retail areas including marketing/sales, budgeting and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Leads energy marketing and business development strategies to maximize profitable sales.
• Assists members with targeted sales calls across market segments.
• Develops market analysis for energy products to maximize penetration.
• Provides input to marketing strategies and conducts training programs.
• Represents the Energy Division at industry meetings and events.
• Provides leadership and liaison between GROWMARK and members.
