Job summary

GROWMARK Energy Division seeks a seasoned energy sales and marketing leader to develop annual energy marketing and business development strategies for assigned member cooperatives. The role focuses on driving growth, coordinating with the Energy Division staff, and aligning with corporate guidelines.

Responsibilities include guiding targeted sales calls, providing training, analyzing markets, and representing the division at meetings and trade shows. Travel is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Requires college degree in marketing, management, or business-related field, with 3–6 years of retail leadership experience.
• Demonstrates business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, and decision making.
• Experience with energy marketing, sales, planning, budgeting, and compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads assigned members in developing and implementing annual energy marketing and business development strategies and programs to maximize profitable sales.
• Assists members with targeted sales calls in all market segments to maximize energy product and service sales.
• Develops market analysis for energy products and services with assigned members for maximum market penetration.
• Provides input to marketing strategies to position GROWMARK System as an industry leader.
• Conducts training programs and product update meetings for energy products and market segments.
• Represents GROWMARK Energy Division at meetings and industry events in assigned area.
• Provides leadership and liaison between GROWMARK and sites for requests and follow-up.
