Job summary

Insight FS, a GROWMARK energy division, seeks an Energy Intern to support sales, delivery, and marketing initiatives in southern Wisconsin. You will work under supervision to grow a profitable sales territory, build client relationships, and help develop advertising and sales materials.

The role emphasizes collaboration, customer focus, and hands-on project work, with training and safety responsibilities aligned to energy division standards. Jefferson-based heritage informs guidance.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Marketing, Communications, or Agriculture Degree at a 4-year university; junior or senior status.
• Ability and willingness to participate in required training on policies and procedures.
• Must obtain CDL with Hazmat endorsement and EMS certification where required.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Willing to work hours beyond those considered normal and participate in background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the sales and delivery of energy products to key customer accounts.
• Assist with marketing, sales strategies, and territory maintenance to grow the business.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and industry representatives.
• Contribute to strategic projects and conduct marketing research and analysis.
• Produce advertising and sales support materials and ensure customer service opportunities are identified.
• Maintain company vehicle and safety compliance; collaborate with Energy Division across departments.
