Holder Construction is seeking an Energy Marshall / Energy Management Specialist for our Ohio project. This full-time, in-person role sits on the MEP Building Technology team and requires leading energy safety initiatives, audits, and coordination with trades.

You will administer energy control programs, ensure NFPA 70E/OSHA compliance, review energization plans, and investigate incidents. Strong communication and 5+ years of relevant experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in energy control or electrical safety in mission-critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, NFPA 70E, and related safety standards.
• Experience developing and managing LOTO programs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and in high-pressure environments.

Responsabilités

• Administer Holder’s Energy Control Program and LOTO Policy, including planning, training, site implementation, compliance monitoring, auditing, and enforcement.
• Support trade contractors to ensure full adherence to NFPA 70E, OSHA standards, and energy control requirements.
• Review and validate energization plans, lockout/tagout procedures, and MOPs for safe system activation.
• Investigate and document energy-related incidents or near-misses and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate energy management activities with ongoing installation and commissioning work.
• Conduct regular audits of the Energy Control Program and resolve non-compliance issues with trade contractors.
