Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking an Energy Marshall / Energy Management Specialist to join our MEP Building Technology team on a project in Indiana. This full-time, in-person role focuses on energy control, safety compliance, and coordination with installation activities.

You will administer the Energy Control Program, review energization and LOTO procedures, and conduct audits to ensure NFPA 70E and OSHA standards are met. Strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of energy control or electrical safety experience in critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA 70E, and related safety standards.
• Experience developing and managing LOTO programs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Energy Control Program and LOTO policy.
• Support contractors to ensure OSHA/NFPA 70E compliance.
• Review energization plans and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses; implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate energy management with installation and commissioning.
• Conduct regular audits of the Energy Control Program.
